Why: While building my DIY chicken/duck coop from 20 mm PVC pipe I needed a clean 90° corner piece for the frame. This connector gives you a snug, reliable right-angle joint and has a flat back for easy print bed adhesion or optional mounting to a flat surface.

Design Notes

True 90° corner connector for 20 mm PVC pipe.

Print-in-place – no assembly required.

Not designed for pressurised water flow (framing use only), but if you try it with water successfully, let me know!

Snug fit keeps structures rigid.

Flat back makes it easy to screw or glue to wood, walls, etc.

Printing Specs (my test):

Printer: Creality K1 SE

Material: PLA Rapid+ from Deeplee

Layer height: 0.2 mm

Standard 0.4 mm nozzle

Speed: max setting

No supports, no raft or brim required

I successfully printed multiple corners in one run without issues.

Use Cases:

Ideal for chicken/duck coops, garden frames, or any lightweight PVC project needing a solid right-angle joint.
