HOW IT WORKS:

Rotate the 3D model in your hands to make the ball run through the stages. There are 24 sides it can run through. The path is infinite, but you can mark the beginning and end with a color if you like. 2 separated levels available! You can make a hole to connect them if you prefer a single level.

Printing and assembly instructions:

In short: Resize to the size of your sphere (or print a custom sphere); then slice the 3D model so it fits in your printer; use the tree supports. Glue the printed split parts. Print a cross for each side and glue it (so the sphere won't slip off the playing field).

IN DETAIL:

Measure the size of the sphere you have available (such as a classic metal sphere, a small round bead, or a grain of something that can roll), and scale the 3D model so that the holes are larger than your sphere (use the perforated doors as a reference).

Print the 3D model, dividing it according to the size of your 3D printer (tiny printer? just split the model in half).

Glue the pieces you separated, also glue a cross on each side (the cross acts as a barrier that will prevent the sphere from leaving the field).

If you don't have a sphere, print one to size and smooth it out.

Assembly is very simple.

The crosses are slightly smaller, so you'll be able to glue them even if you accidentally move them a little! Without having to reprint anything.

There is also an exact cross (fillet in case of excess).

I colored directly on PLA using acrylic markers, I didn't use sprays of any kind but I recommend using both a grip spray and a protective finishing spray if you want to create detailed and long-lasting colors.

To make the model of the preview I did this:

7cm 3mf file printed with CR Hyper PLA,

a tiny sphere (made by making a blob of solder with a soldering iron),

then I printed the exact cross and some mini corners.

I glued everything together and there you have it! So much fun!! Very easy to make and print.
