This is a 75mm VESA mount intended for small monitors. I originally designed it for the 10.1-inch TFT LCD monitor I am using in my Amateur Radio "Go-Box". I made the "Fixed" mount first and then made a more posable mount to allow for some height and angle adjustments to keep viewing angle of the LCD as optimal as possible. I printed this out of "Creality HP ASA" filament, "Overture Easy Nylon" and "Polymaker 95A TPU". The base plate is Nylon, the uprights and mount are ASA. The spacers are made from 95A TPU and add friction to the articulation points on the upright to hold the monitor at the desired position.

For the mount bracket itself I opted to use a dual filament print and used 95A TPU for the last 2-3mm of the print, giving the monitor side of the bracket a soft flexible face. The holes in the bracket and uprights are 7mm, sized for 1/4-inch bolts. Excessive to be sure, but it is what I had available at the time. I used 2.5-inch bolts for the assembly. Most pieces should print easily with minimal supports. The exception being the mount bracket itself. If using multiple materials to print the mount bracket I recommend printing it monitor side up with 10% supports. If using a single material, print it monitor side down. This is much faster and uses far less support material. See printing notes in "Instruction Files" for more information.

Note: This mount is intended to be anchored to a surface using bolts or screws. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO MOUNT A MONITOR TO IT WITHOUT ANCHORING IT FIRST!! Damage to monitor may occur!

Hardware needed: 2.5-inch 1/4-inch bolts: 2-3, 1/4-inch washers: 2-3 (optional), 1/4-inch nuts: 2-3 all depending on what version you print. Bolts or screws to anchor base to desired surface.
