I make a simple battery case for diy ebikes.

I cutted it in 2 pieces because its too large for a K1, but if you want it as 1 piece i will upload a model like that.

So i printed it with petg with a layer hight of 0.2mm and a infill with 30% and its about 2 months ago i printed it look pretty good until today i will see in the future if i need to print with other materials, but if u want you can print it with abs or other materials.

When you print the parts you can use a 2k epoxy to glue it together and use some slicon to be sure that it will be waterproof.

I used M4 screws and nuts to screw the parts together and before tighten it i put some silicone in the holes.

The batterypack has a lenght of 310mm a width of 97mm and a height of 90mm. from the inner its 300mm x 87mm x 80mm.

Diameters of holes:

Charging port: 12mm

Discharging port: 6mm

On top are two holes for the drink holder.

Screw the part names "Holder on batterycase" to the batterycase toghether and the Holder on bike on your bike then put your diy battery in the case close it glue the top on the case and then just slide it in connect with bike and enjoy.
