Poop Basket with Full Indicator (Dump Indicator)

This is a poop collection basket with a mechanical “full” indicator, designed to let you know when the basket needs to be emptied.

The system uses a lever plate and counterweight mechanism. As the basket fills, the added weight causes the lever to move and raises the indicator flag, clearly showing when the basket has reached its set capacity.

To make the trigger point adjustable, the design includes a counterweight basket on the lever arm. Users can add their own weights (such as coins, nuts, or other small objects) to fine tune when the indicator activates.

Assembly is required, but the design uses simple printed components and basic hardware so it can be easily put together and adjusted.

Optional adhesive if you prefer to permanently secure certain parts

The counterweight basket allows you to adjust the trigger point by adding or removing weight until the indicator lifts at the desired fill level.

Material: Creality Hyper PLA
Settings: Default out-of-box profile

Special requirements:

Red parts require a brim for proper bed adhesion.

Yellow parts require supports during printing.

Assembly:
Assemble the basket and lever mechanism according to the model layout.
Install the indicator flag so it can move freely when the lever plate pivots.
Attach the counterweight basket to the opposite side of the lever and add weights (such as coins) until the indicator lifts at the desired basket fill level.
Once adjusted, the system will automatically raise the indicator when the basket becomes full, providing a simple visual signal that it’s time to empty it.
