Printing recommendation

Requires a lead screw and nut, belt and pulleys to suit, M5 nuts and bolts and 608 bearings

The additional bearing plug use as follows.

The lower bearing block takes 2 bearings, insert the plug into the bottom bearing so it supports the weight from the lead screw.
