FREE 3D Printed Cell Phone Teleprompter made with Tinkercad. Decided to make my own and after a number of improvements here is the teleprompter. Cell phone tray is approximately 172mm x 101mm (7 3/8" x 4"). Has cutouts for charging cables on both sides. L bracket has (male) rails that slide into the (female) rails on the main body. Can accommodate larger handycams like Sony FDR AX53 and simple webcams. This cell phone teleprompter uses a 4" x 6" piece of glass (purchased cheap 4 x 6 picture frame). There is a little bit of double exposure when using a teleprompter app but its usable and inexpensive, great for desktop setups with a minimal amount of space. On the bottom of the main body there is a 7.5mm hole that is for a 1/4 20 threaded knurled 8mm insert (use a soldering iron to melt insert in place). I'm waiting on parts but it hopefully it works as an attachment point (be careful of heavier cameras - this hasn't been tested yet). Overall its a nice PLA print with minimal cost (I spent about $6.50 in PLA but your mileage may vary based on what you pay for filament). Printed at 0.2 layer height and three walls.
