There are different size iron head insert to fit your need!

I followed the links of the people that adapted the jig and printed an interchangeable head, thicker spring and I used some washers on each side of the spring to allow easier movement of the iron - 18 and 20mm with option for a screwed in tight versions and snap ons instead.

The rail that you will attach the MGN7H block and linear rail (150mm) has 2 versions: the V1 is very very tight, the second one, V2, much looser.

Parts you will need:

1x Soldering iron

1x 150mm rail with mgn7h block

6x M2 nuts

10x M2x6mm screws

7x M3x5x4mm heat-set Inserts -- you need 2 extra for the interchangeable head to change irons if you choose that variation

1x M3x6mm screw

4x M3x10mm screws -- I used 14mm and 8 washers for the springs

2x M3x12mm screws -- add 2 more for the interchangeable head

3x zip ties -- to tight the wire in the back

I printed everything in PETG and used 0.2/0.4mm - I did 3 walls and only 10% adaptive cubic infill. I have used support for the main body - you can "block" and avoid support in the small holes in the back for the zip ties, there are three.
