Print Recommendations

Utilize a high-resolution printer to capture the intricate details. A monochrome filament with a stone-like finish will enhance the realistic look. High infill percentage is recommended to retain detail.

Assembly Instructions

The product comes as a single-piece print for ease of use, requiring no assembly. Post-processing techniques such as polishing can further enhance its appearance.

Skull Shape: Elongated at the back with a low forehead and prominent brow ridges (supraorbital torus).

Brain Volume: About 900–1100 cm³, smaller than modern humans but sufficient for making simple tools.

Jaw and Teeth: Strong jaw with large teeth; no prominent chin like modern humans.

Cranial Bones: Thick and robust, especially at the forehead and back of the skull, giving a sturdy, resilient appearance.

Distinct Features: Occipital torus (bump at the back of the skull) and an oval-shaped skull when viewed from above.

Material for Replica: Can be made from resin or gypsum, with a yellowish-brown bone color and natural fossil texture.

Scale: Usually 1:1 life-size, or smaller miniatures (about 30–50 cm long) for study purposes.
