This system slowly recirculates the interior printer's air using three 80mm fans; virtually removes all smells, VOC's, and airborne particles while printing (which actually keeps your glass cleaner and printer cleaner overall, you will see less frequent cleaning). Does not affect printer at all, EVEN if printer turns off and the bed drops mid-print.

Using this for my RatRig V-Core 4 as well, fits perfectly onto the side internal side enclosure panel, I may post a version that has mounting tabs for universal vertical mounting.

I have now hundreds of hours printing ASA with this running and have had nothing but successful prints.

Largest size filter that will fit into the enclosure.

Benefits of a filter so large is: cost savings (small filters are nearly the same cost), more surface area, more carbon to neutralize VOC's, and hugely longer service life than a small filter!

The only change you absolutely need to do to your printer is remove the bottom interior plate, (don't forget the three bolts under the front door gasket). This free's up a substantial amount of space allowing easier access to your Z motors and back wiring if needed.

Print with ASA for heat properties and ease. Add BRIM on both Body files 3-4mm, Add AUTO Tree supports with organic style, 4 walls, 4-5 bottom shell, 4-5 top shell, 25% infill, triangles on both Body files, 35% infill triangles on fan plate. You must use adhesive or something to get the print to stick, your pick. It will warp if you are not careful.

Once print is done, if you feel it necessary you can add tape around the edge between bodies to ensure a perfect seal, I used flash breaker tape.

4x2mm round extruded areas wrapped around the top of main body print are added for magnets, attach a prefilter over your filter if you want!

By drilling a 7/8 hole on the bottom of the exterior panel (in pictures) it allows the wire to pass right in. Then printed a grommet to insert in the hole. Use silicone or glue to attach the DC female end into the hole on the fan body and bam, you have a independent purifying unit that you can simply plug a 12v DC into to power.
