This design is my attempt at creating the ultimate 3D Printable BOTW Master Sword. This Master Sword was meticulously designed in Fusion 360 so that all parts can be printed without support material, and the final piece can be assembled and disassembled without the need for adhesive or fasteners. Components have been broken up by color so they can be printed color accurate, eliminating the need for paint (assuming you have a big variety of filament colors).

All parts have been oriented for optimal printing. Several parts were designed with a sacrificial first layer to improve bed adhesion. These parts are indicated with "(Adhesion Assisted)" in their file names. This layer can be easily torn or cut away after printing without leaving damage that will be visible after assembly. A fully assembled Master Sword will require multiple prints of a few of the parts. These parts are indicated with "(Print #)" in their file names.

Also included is a PDF instruction set to make assembling your Master Sword as easy as possible.

Although this Master Sword was designed to friction fit together, tolerances can vary between printers. If you struggle to fit parts together while assembling your sword, you can find alternative versions of each part with looser tolerances at the link below. These parts will fit together much more easily but might require adhesive.
