Design Concept

This lifesize dirt bike model celebrates Creality’s 11th anniversary, capturing the rugged and adventurous spirit of off-road biking. The dynamic design features realistic components and a striking color scheme.

Purpose

Designed as a display model for the Creality Anniversary Event in Detroit, it’s intended to showcase the capabilities of large-scale 3D printing. This model was printed by the Stay Ready To 3D Print team and transported to Detroit for prominent display at the Creality 11th Anniversary Event at Rapid TCT. Printing Suggestions

Use a large FDM printer with a print volume capable of handling the full scale K1 max and K2 Plus. High-strength PLA or ABS materials are recommended to ensure durability.

Assembly Instructions

The model requires assembly of several parts, mainly in the wheels, frame, and body components. Glue or connectors will be needed to stabilize the model upon assembly. Keep track of what you print so you dont print twice like we did lol. We used JB Weld 2 part epoxy for the bonding. If the dowels are a bit tight it is because of your printer tolerances, just lightly sand them down. Suggested to add infill modifier for dowels to makle them stronger.

layer height was printed at 0.32, but suggested to use a 0.6 nozzle and larger layers to get faster print times

Support of your choice and liking

the mainbody STL file included is the original model size SCALE USED is 1000%. All scaled and cut parts are included so you dont need the mainbody part. Its there for reference for assembly only.

For suspension you can just glue them solid so theres no active suspension, or use a 3d printed spring possibly if you want to be the cool kid lol.
