It was originally developed and sliced using Creality Print software and prototyped in ABS filament on a Creality K2 Pro printer, ensuring high durability, impact resistance, and thermal stability suitable for functional applications.

Thickness: 4 mm (providing structural integrity while minimizing material usage)

Width: 30 cm (base dimension for the prototype; scalable to fit various requirements)

Material Recommendation: ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) for its excellent mechanical properties, including tensile strength up to 40 MPa and heat deflection temperature around 90°C. Alternative materials like PLA or PETG can be used with adjusted print settings.

Scalability: The model is fully parametric and can be resized in any slicing software (e.g., Creality Print, Cura, or PrusaSlicer) without loss of detail. Scaling factors can be applied uniformly or non-uniformly to adapt to different printer build volumes, from desktop units to larger industrial machines.

Infill: 20-50% (gyroid or cubic pattern recommended for strength)

Supports: Minimal or none required, depending on scaled orientation; tree supports if overhanging features are present after scaling

Print Time: Approximately 4-6 hours for the 30 cm prototype at 0.2 mm layer height and 50 mm/s speed (varies with scale and printer)

This model is ideal for custom applications where size flexibility is key, such as prototypes, functional parts, or decorative elements. Files are provided in STL format for easy import into slicing software. No assembly required post-print; minor post-processing like sanding may enhance finish.
