20 mm PVC 2 pipe Connector – Print-in-Place

Why: For my DIY chicken/duck coop build I needed a multi-directional hub to join five pieces of 20 mm PVC at right angles. This 5-way connector lets you build more complex frames and corners without multiple separate fittings. It has a flat back for easy bed adhesion or optional mounting to a flat surface.

Design Notes

2 pipe connector for 20 mm PVC pipe.

Perfect for making cube corners, cross-braces, or roof structures.

Print-in-place – no assembly required.

Snug fit keeps structures rigid.

Flat back makes it easy to screw or glue to wood, walls, etc.

Printing Specs (my test):

Printer: Creality K1 SE

Material: PTEG (PLA aslo possible)

Layer height: 0.2 mm

Standard 0.4 mm nozzle

Speed: max setting

No supports, no raft or brim required

I printed multiple connectors in one run without issues.

Use Cases:

Great for chicken/duck coops, garden frames, cube-style storage racks, or any PVC project needing a solid 5-way right-angle joint.
