Printed Scrapers & Spatulas Set

🧩 Description

This set of 4 scraper/spatula types is designed to make print-bed cleanup and everyday DIY/crafting easier. All tools are ergonomic and come in multiple sizes. Each has a chamfered bottom edge for easier, safer lifting of prints and residue.

Pointed scrapers – precise cleaning of leftover strings/ooze; also great as disposable glue-mixing spatulas.

Reinforced-blade spatulas (tough tip) – for stubborn, firmly stuck components; durable edge for repeated use.

Elongated scrapers – ideal for removing old glue (soften the glue first).

Mini spatulas – for fine crafting/DIY tasks and tight spaces.

🎯 Purpose

Perfect as printed scrapers for 3D printing maintenance, plus artistic, DIY, and household tasks that require scraping, smoothing, or mixing.

🖨️ Printing Orientation & Tips

Orientation: Print flat on the side with the blade edge down to get a crisp, narrow edge and strong layer bonding along the handle.

Edge quality: For the best thin edge, use a fine layer height and concentric top/bottom.

Bed care: On PEI/PC sheets, work at a low angle and avoid digging the edge into the sheet. Let parts cool before removal.

🛠️ Recommended Settings

Layer height: 0.16 mm (for a sharper edge) or 0.20 mm if you prefer speed

Walls / perimeters: 3–4 (stiffness + durability)

Infill: 20% (Gyroid) (increase to 30–40% for extra-stiff reinforced blades)

Supports: Not required

Brim: Optional (use if needed for adhesion)

Filament: PETG (recommended) for toughness and slight flex; PLA works for light/medium use; ABS/ASA/PA for higher heat or long-term durability

Adhesion: PEI smooth or textured sheet with glue stick or another adhesion aid recommended

📝 Notes

Use gentle leverage; these are plastic tools—avoid prying like metal chisels.

For thick glue residue, warm water/IPA (as appropriate) and softening reduce effort and protect the bed.

Keep edges lightly deburred with fine sandpaper if needed.
