This is a reusable master spool designed for use with spool-less filament refills. Instead of throwing away empty plastic spools, you can reuse this spool multiple times by loading compatible refill coils directly onto it.

The spool uses a simple snap-together design that allows the refill to be mounted without tools. It is intended to help reduce plastic waste while also making refill storage more compact and convenient.
