Print Settings (High Detail)

Printer: Ideal for FDM; 0.12 mm - 0.16 mm layer height is recommended to ensure the interlocking plates fit perfectly and the curves remain smooth.

Infill: 15–20% Gyroid is sufficient for the main body, but consider 40% for the trigger and handle areas for a more substantial, realistic feel in hand.

Material: PLA for ease of sanding and painting.

Supports: Required. Due to the ergonomic handle and the forward-swept muzzle, tree supports are highly recommended to protect the surface finish of the visible plates.

Orientation: Print in vertical halves or modular segments (barrel, grip, core) to minimize supports and facilitate multi-color printing if you have an AMS system.

Assembly & Finishing

Modular Construction: The blaster is designed to be printed in sections. Use high-quality cyanoacrylate (super glue) for assembly. It is recommended to sand the parts with increasing grits (up to 400 or 600) before painting.

Painting Tip: To match the preview, use a primer filler first. Use a masking tape technique to separate the white, gold, and blue sections for a professional, factory-clean look.

Consejo de Pintura: Para igualar la vista previa, usa primero una imprimación de relleno (primer filler). Utiliza cinta de enmascarar para separar las secciones blancas, doradas y azules para un acabado profesional y limpio de fábrica.
