🔧✨ Mi lector de tarjetas SD/Micro SD perdió su carcaza original, así que diseñé una nueva para poder usarlo con tranquilidad.

La imprimí en PLA natural translúcido, lo que permite ver fácilmente el LED de lectura. También añadí rejillas de ventilación arriba y abajo para mantenerlo refrigerado.

Para montarlo:

Calenté la carcaza superior y la amoldé al LED.

Sujeté la placa con una gota de silicona caliente en cada esquina.

Altura de capa: 0.2 mm

Relleno: 15%

Temperaturas: 210 °C nozzle / 60 °C cama

🔧✨ My SD/Micro SD card reader lost its original case, so I designed a new one to keep it safe and functional.

I printed it in natural translucent PLA, which makes the reading LED easy to see. I also added ventilation grills on the top and bottom to keep it cool.

Assembly details:

Heated the top case to mold it around the LED.

Fixed the board with just a drop of hot glue on each corner.

📐 Print settings:

Layer height: 0.2 mm

Infill: 15%

Temperatures: 210 °C nozzle / 60 °C bed
