Modular Robot Chassis - ESP32 & Breadboard Friendly
Description
This robot base was originally designed for hobbyist experimentation and later refined for a university-level electronics project. It is a robust, functional chassis designed to bridge the gap between "toy" robots and advanced development platforms.

The design focuses on modularity and ease of assembly, specifically tailored for students and DIY makers who need a reliable platform that stays stable during testing.

3D Printing Details
Filament: Printed in PETG-Glass Fiber for maximum rigidity and heat resistance (ideal if your motor drivers get warm). However, Standard PLA, PETG, or ABS will work perfectly fine.
Print Time: Approximately 8 hours total for the two main chassis components on a well-tuned Ender 3 Pro.

Print Settings (Recommended):

Layer Height: 0.2mm or 0.28mm for speed.
Infill: 7-20% (Grid or Gyroid) for a good strength-to-weight ratio.
Walls: 2 perimeters for normal durability this robot isn't going to make racing stuff lol.
Supports: Designed to be printed with no supports if flat.

Compatibility & Use
This chassis was engineered to be a direct upgrade or replacement for components found in the ****** Smart Car Kit V3.
