This model has minor changes to the original. The poles now will clip in from the front as a different option to the original that @Rjahagen87 created. I have created a way to print TPU rubber inserts for smaller size poles. The name plates attached are a blank name plate that you can add your own embossed text or you can use the one with the name already on it and just edit it. I attached in the pictures of the screws I used to attach the to pieces together. I just used gorilla super glue to attach the name plate. Then I just used some Velcro for the strap.

UPDATE as of 2/8/2026:I have included a Titan strap option instead of using velcro or some other strap of choice. I use the 18inch titan straps for large wide ski’s or 14inch size for medium to small ski’s.

(This is to accommodate the larger size strap)

- SkiClip v6 TPU Inserts All Sizes STL File.stl

(This new file is to accommodate different size poles Large, Medium, Small, Then if you have even thicker poles don’t use the TPU inserts at all.)

- SkiClip v6 TPU Inserts All Sizes.3mf

(This file is the same as the .stl file but it includes lower cooling settings for TPU filament and better print settings.)
