About the Squid Game Secret Vault

The Squid Game Secret Vault is a 3D-printed structure that seamlessly blends art and engineering. Designed for easy printing and assembly, it serves as a metaphorical treasure chest, holding valuable items or information that can only be accessed through a sequence of mechanical actions.

Unlocking the Vault

To unlock the Squid Game Secret Vault, participants must complete three specific actions: Pull – Push – Turn

Printing Instructions

All components are arranged into three plates:

Chassis and Parts – PETG is preferred, but PLA is also suitable. Use a strong structure profile when printing.

Cover and Base – Print in PLA.

Buttons – Print in PLA.

Assembly Instructions

Chassis Assembly

1. Insert the two Deadbolts into the rails and pull them aside into the lock position.

2. Insert the Gear in the middle of the Chassis.

3. Insert the Pull component into its slot and pull it aside until it hits the wall.

4. Lift the Gear slightly and insert the Lever into its concave area. With the flat surface facing up, push the Lever into the joints.

5. Insert the Push component into its slot and press it down with some force. The Gear will be lifted by the Lever.

6. Push the Gear back into place, securing the Push in the locked position.

7. Pull the Pull toward the Gear.

8. Insert the two Springs (optional, depending on whether you want an automatic closing feature).

9. The Chassis Assembly is now complete.

Cover and Base Installation

Test the Pull-Push-Turn mechanism using the unlocking procedure described above.

2. If the operation functions correctly, cover the Chassis with the Cover. Ensure that the largest opening in the Cover is positioned on top of the Push component.

3. Unlock the Cover body and insert it into the Base.

4. The Vault is now securely closed.

Insert the three Buttons into their respective slots:
