Now that's out of the way; I wanted to do something with my Unicorn nozzles just due to how many I have laying around so I thought it looked like a SABOT round so I went for it. I designed this around the unicorn nozzles from the k2 and hi I dont have a k1 series nozzles to test this design with. No supports are needed for any of the models and most of the settings are just default

For the Darts; I have 2 separate files included one is for one with no threads and the other one has threads and is labeled as such. The one with threads I went ahead and did some variable layer height adjustments so the threads would come out cleaner. I strongly suggest print it separately from the rest of the project

The collar is pretty straight forward,

The Shell / Casing I have included several different options with embossed numbers corresponding with the nozzle sizes' .2, .4 , .6, .8 and 1.0. There is also a blank one if you don't want the numbering on the case.

To assemble; start by putting your unicorn nozzle into the dart whether by screwing it in or just dropping it in depending on the file you chose. Secondly line the dart ridges with the groove inside the collars. The "divot" should be facing up. Next just slide the dart into the casing fins first holding the collar together. Should sit inside the case neatly and the grooves keep it from getting stuck. If you need to retrieve your nozzle simply unscrew or pull it directly out, no need to disassemble the dart
