A practical universal phone or tablet holder adjustable from 10-85 degrees (almost flat, to almost straight up).

Design

Designed in openSCAD. As pragmatic as possible trying to make it as simple to print as possible. The interlock mechanism is in steps of 12 degrees, but if you tighten the screw more, you can get any angle. Note: the screw and nut are strong, but remember it is PLA (!)

Print

Use a more stiff material e.g. PLA or ABS. PETG might be to flexible (I did not try!)

Can print all in one go. Download the 3 STL's and import in your slicer. Copy the screw and the support piece (you need 2 of each).

Print at 0.2 or better, I use 5 walls. Basically, it is a solid print. Alternative is less walls, but 100% infill.

Assembly

Should be straight forward, but do not the support piece is to be mounted on the bottom side, so opposite of the hinge. Can glue them, but in my case they are hold in place by friction.

Note: the first time, the screw might be a bit tight due to printer seams, excess extrusion etc. Once they are screwed in one time and out, it should be OK. If you have a metal M8-1 (M8 with 1 mm thread), that should work too.
