This spool holder has a very free ratation by roller bearing.

In the 45 deg holder , i had add a break shoes for help to stop rotation.

This is very easy to have a tension on break shoes by pen spring..or rubber band.

The break shoes rud the side on every spool.

The axel is a simple M8 treaded rod .. 150mm long and can holder every spool wide on te market.

You can hold the treaded rod by one side if you wan to fix at another place, is like you wan.

There is a M8 nut in the knob this is very strong and easy to tite

The white cone can fit in the hole from 30mm @ 70mm.

The red adapter can fit in the from 52mm @ 89mm.

You need 7 regular bearing 608ZZ

2 for each white cone and one for te knob + usely 2 on the treaded rod.

The 45 deg stand... il made for fit with the pasta.. winder. Probably you don't need.

If you need , you can also fix on table with screw.

I work a projet to make a automatic winder than i can add a extruder in the middle frame.

Ce reteneur de bobine a une rotation vraiment douce par les roulements dans les cônes.

Sur le reteneur , j'ai ajouter un bras de levier avec un patin de frottement for aider a freiner la bobine.

Il est très facile d'installer une tension avec des ressorts de stylo ou des élastique.

Le patin glisse sur n'importe quelle bobine.

Il y a un boulon M8 incrusté dans la poignée, ce qui augment la solidé pour le serrage.

Les cônes blanc peuvent maintenir une bobine avec un trous de 30mm @ 70mm

Les adapteurs eux de 52mm @ 89mm

Vous avez besoin de 7 roulement 608ZZ

2 pour chaque cônes blanc et1 pour la poignée + 2 pour la tige filté M8

Une tige filté M8 de 150mm de long (selon votre besoin)

Vous n'aurez peut être pas besoin de support à 45 dèg.

Ce support s'adapte au enrouleur Pasta et il peut être visser sur une table.

J'ai le projet de créer un enrouleur automatique avec un extruder au centre de la structure.
