Design Concept

This VW Bus Battery Holder is designed with a unique and nostalgic look, reminiscent of the classic Volkswagen bus. Its compact and cute design makes it an excellent storage solution for batteries, adding a fun touch to functional storage.
Multiple sizes are supplied, with 12 and 18 places for AA batteries and 20 and 32 for AAA batteries.

Purpose

The battery holder is perfect for organizing and holding AA or AAA batteries neatly, preventing clutter and making them easily accessible. It's an ideal accessory for desks, workshops, or any area that requires frequent battery usage.

Printing Suggestions

Material: PLA or ABS is recommended for strength and durability.
Layer Height: 0.2 mm for a balanced detail and print speed.
Infill: 15-20% infill is suggested to maintain robustness while minimizing material usage.
Supports: Minimal supports might be needed, focusing on the top edges of the bus.

In the 3mf file, there are plates with full supports and plates with supports only on the front and back screens. The side windows are straight and fairly short, so if you can bridge short distances these shouldn't need supports. The front and back screens are curved and longer though, so will benefit from the supports.

Assembly Instructions

The model prints as a single piece, and no additional assembly is required. Simply place it on your desk or workspace to start organizing your batteries efficiently.
