Benchtop woodworking Dog Hole Jig Maker!!

Garage Maker @GarageMaker_727088 made this fantastic jig to have evenly space dog holes for my new woodworking benchtop!

Here are his Details:

When you want to replace or build an new MFT workbench top or a DIY, you need to be precise, so I share two templates and a calibration solution.

The jig for the corners allows to start the first 4 holes in a corner of a 19mm (3/4") board cut to the dimension 1102x718mm and to include the fixing hole.

he corner jig need four 5mm cabinet Shelf pins, to be used as stops.

The long jig allows to build quickly and more precisely than only using a for hole jig.

Two sizes are available:

20mm for use with a bearing router bit

30mm for use with a 20mm router bit and a copying ring (my preferred solution - the 30mm copy ring being common and notably included with the Festool OF1400).

The calibration tool:

the 30mm calibration tool lets you choose the right version (A-B-C-D or E) for your 30mm copy ring (sliding fit adjustment).

the 20mm calibration tool allows you to choose the right version (A-B-C-D or E) for your bench dog(sliding fit adjustment).

3D Printables Bench dogs designed to be used as pin are also includes.
