We are pleased to announce the release of Creality Cloud App V6.1.0, designed to provide a more efficient and user-friendly 3D printing experience. This update focuses on upgrading the incentive system, enhancing insights, and improving overall usability.

🌟1. Upgraded Incentive System

One of the key improvements in App V6.1.0 is that the criteria for earning Boost Tickets have been optimized. Users now have a chance to win Boost Tickets by completing any of the following Cloud Printing tasks (click here to gain more information about Boost Tickets):

- Cloud Slicing （Print from Cloud Files)
- Upload Print Files
- Print from Local Files

App V6.1.0 introduces improved Boost Ticket notifications, sending real-time alerts when tickets are issued and before expiration, helping users use them efficiently.

Note: To reduce interruptions, users can disable notifications in Settings. All past notification messages are viewable  in Messages > Digital Asset.

In this version, the High-Quality Model Rewards rules have changed: sharing a model no longer earns Points Rewards. For details, please refer to the guidelines in the Rewards Center.

📱 2. Enhanced Insights: Period‑Over‑Period Comparison

The Insights dashboard now supports period-over-period comparisons. In addition to existing metrics like views, downloads, likes, etc., you can now see up/down arrows showing changes from the previous period. This makes it easy to spot performance trends at a glance.

🎁3. Eshop Points & Redemption Optimization

To enhance your shopping experience, Creality Cloud has made several improvements to Eshop:

Updated Points Deduction Rule: The new app version has optimized the points deduction rule. Points will remain valid for one year, but expired points will now be deducted in batches on June 30 and December 31 each year. This change extends the usability of your points and offers a more flexible, smoother experience.

Comprehensive Usage Guides: The Eshop page now features a detailed usage guide (Eshop FAQ), making it easier for users to understand how to use points, redeem items, and track their orders.

Order Tracking Available: Users can view tracking numbers on the tracking page after redeeming their items. Clicking the number will redirect them to the courier’s website for shipment updates.

Note: The courier site is independently operated; Creality Cloud is not responsible for its content. For your safety, please avoid entering sensitive personal information and be cautious of promotional links to prevent potential scams.

🌙4. iPad Landscape & Web Dark Mode Upgrades

Based on user feedback, the iPad version of the Creality Cloud App now supports landscape mode. This enhancement provides a more comfortable and flexible user experience for iPad users, especially during extended use.

Dark mode is already available on the app and has now been added to the web version. It helps reduce eye strain and blue light exposure during frequent nighttime use, providing a more comfortable viewing experience. To enable it, scroll to the bottom menu and click the button in the bottom-right corner (sun icon switches to moon icon).

☁️5. Time-lapse Video Storage Upgrade

In the latest update, time-lapse videos are stored separately and no longer occupy cloud storage space. This enhancement immediately frees up space, allowing for more efficient management of your models and sliced files.

🔍6. Optimized Model Search Experience

This new app version introduces a significantly improved search function, offering faster, more accurate results. Users can now refine their searches by selecting specific categories, such as Model, Content, or User, to quickly find the exact resources they are looking for.

Note: Google Play Store uses a staged rollout system, so some users may receive the app update later than others. Please be patient, the update will be available to everyone shortly.
