What’s New?

✅ Boost Tickets

We’ve added a new way to earn Boost Tickets — simply complete a local print.

With Boost Tickets, users can support their favorite models. For designers, this provides immediate encouragement—each Boost Ticket awards 100 Creality Cloud points, which can be redeemed for printers, filaments, and other products from our Eshop. For users, Boost Tickets offer opportunities to enter our Lucky Draws for prizes such as 3D printers, printing filaments, premium memberships, cloud storage, and more.

✅ Cleaner Homepage

We’ve removed the [Add a Make] entry to give you a cleaner, more focused layout. Now, the homepage directs you straight to the core features you use most—upload model, upload print files, etc.

Attaching print files when publishing articles or short posts is no longer supported. Simply write your text, upload your images, add tags, add a model and add to portfolio —it’s a faster, more intuitive way to share your content with the community.

✅ Precise Eshop Filtering

Searching for Eshop items is now more precise. The new price filter lets you set minimum and maximum values, so you only see products that fit your budget—making redeem items quicker and more convenient.

✅ Uninterrupted Premium Benefits

Our subscription membership is now available — subscribe monthly or annually at a special discounted rate and enjoy uninterrupted premium benefits with auto-renewal, so you never lose access to key features. With Creality Cloud Premium, you can slice multiple models simultaneously, get priority in the slicing queue, and enjoy faster download speeds.

Note: If you want to cancel your subscription

Apple Users: Open "Settings" on the Apple device → go to "iTunes Store & App Store" → tap "Apple ID" → select "View Apple ID" → enter "Account Settings" → tap "Subscriptions", find the Creality Cloud Premium subscription in the list, and select to cancel.

Android Users: For Creality Cloud version V5.11.0 and above, log in to your account, tap [My] → go to [Settings] → tap [Payments & Subscriptions] → select Creality Cloud and cancel the subscription. The specific steps may vary with version updates. For example, Google Pay users can open the Google Pay app → go to "Settings" → "Payment Methods" → "Auto-Renew Subscriptions", locate the Creality Cloud Premium auto-renewal billing item, and select to disable the service.

Note: Google Play Store uses a staged rollout system, so some users may receive the app update later than others. Please be patient, the update will be available to everyone shortly.
